Prepare announcement, registration form
Organize "bedding on beds" The announcement shall include the following topics:

  • Date, Place
  • Description of an unconference
  • Invitation
  • Link to Event Blog, Link to Registration Form, Link to "Who's who list"
  • Price with / without lunch
  • Information about hotels and/or other possibilities for the night
  • deadline for registration
