In many teams, there are problems with communication - both internally, amongst team members, and externally, with the customer. Direct accusations, reproachful faces and expectations, which have
crept in unnoticed, are all too common.
This session takes a look at how and why certain conflicts occur and offers a starting point for a resolution.
